摘    要:无碴轨道底板作为无碴轨道下部基础的主要承载层,其施工质量要求很高,结合隧道作业空间狭小的特点,如何快速、优质完成底板的施工,便成为客运专线隧道施工中的一个重点。通过对大别山隧道无碴轨道底板施工的介绍,以此期望为其它客运专线隧道底板施工提供经验及借鉴。

Abstract:As the major load bearing layer of the understructure of the non ballast track, the floor slab of the non ballast track system has high requirements in construction quality. Due to the narrow working space inside the tunnels, the rapid and high quality construction of the floor slabs inside tunnels becomes one of the most important aspects in the construction of passenger dedicated railway tunnels. The construction of the floor slabs of the non ballast track system inside Dabieshan tunnel is presented in the paper, which can provide reference for the construction of the floor slabs in other passenger dedicated railway tunnels.
