偏压隧道洞口段坡体钢花管注浆加固效果分析

摘    要:为了解决偏压隧道施作套拱初期致局部坡体滑移的问题,提出3种边坡加固方案进行对比分析,采用有限元强度折减法,建立相应的计算模型,分析3种加固方案下边坡安全系数、侧坡总位移、有效塑性应变、最大剪应变及隧道开挖的地表竖向位移值。通过对3种加固方案的对比及坡体测点的位移监测数据分析表明: 对边坡施作工况3(对坡面挂网喷浆支护、坡体施作锚杆支护和局部钢花管注浆)的支护方式加固后坡体的稳定性明显优于工况1与工况2这2种坡体加固方案,工况3加固方案不仅提高了边坡的整体稳定性,而且能最大程度减小隧道开挖对地表变形的影响,在工程应用中取得了较好的经济效益与社会效益。

Abstract:The local slope sliding would occur to portal section of unsymmetrically pressured tunnel when carrying out cover arch construction. Hence, 3 slope reinforcement schemes are proposed and comparatively analyzed. The slope safety factor, total slope displacement, effective plastic strain, maximum shear strain and vertical ground displacement are analyzed by calculation modeling based on finite element strength reduction method. The comparison results and displacement monitoring results show that: (1) The slope reinforcement scheme of anchor bolt support + local steel pipe grouting + net spraying support is superior to other two schemes. (2) The scheme adopted can improve the stability of the slope, maximally reduce the influence of tunnel excavation on ground deformation, and achieve good social and economic benefits.
