基于SolidWorks三维建模矩形顶管掘进机壳体的设计

摘    要:矩形顶管机与常用的圆形盾构或掘进机相比较,具有空间利用率高和施工成本低等优点。本文通过前期对大断面矩形顶管机的壳体进行三维建模,分析并建立壳体受力模型,使用Solid Works有限元软件对壳体结构建模、约束设定和载荷确定进行简化,经过计算后对结构应力和变形进行分析并进一步优化模型,形成基于Solid Works三维建模的壳体设计、校验和优化方法,可为矩形顶管掘进机的壳体设计提供指导。

Abstract:Compared to circular shields, rectangular pipe jacking machine has many advantages such as high space utilization ratio and low construction cost. In the paper, a 3 dimensional model is established for the shell of a large cross section rectangular pipe jacking machine, the stress model of the shell is analyzed and founded, the modeling, constraint fixing and load determination of the shell are simplified by means of SolidWorks, and a design, verification and optimization method for the shell based on SolidWorks modeling is formed. The paper can provide reference for the design of the shells of other rectangular pipe jacking machines.
