新型测量机器人导线测量自动化的开发与应用

摘    要:长期以来,导线测量一直采用"人工"参与的测量和计算模式,该模式效率低、易出错。为解决这一问题,以新型的TM/TS30智能全站仪和PC机为平台,分析硬件和软件的开发环境,借助机载软件和计算机编程软件,设计导线测量外业数据采集自动化和内业数据处理自动化的思路步骤,并结合市场上普遍使用的"南方平差易"和"科傻"2种平差软件,探讨软件格式的衔接程序,最后完成了测量记录簿的自动化生成设计。通过实际应用得出:本开发可显著提高劳动工作效率、实现测量外内业的无缝衔接,提高测量工作质量、保证测量精度。

Abstract:Manual traverse survey and calculation has been used for a long time, but it is error prone and has low efficiency. In the paper, new TM/TS30 intelligent total station and PC model are presented, the development environment of the hardware and software is analyzed, and the procedure of the automation of field data collection and indoor data processing of traverse survey is designed. The connecting program of the software format is discussed on basis of the South Power Adjust Software and Cosa Power Adjust Software, and the automatic producing of the survey recording handbook is designed. The application of the practice shows that: 1) The new automatic traverse survey robot can improve the working efficiency significantly and can realize the complete connection between the field survey and the indoor data process; 2) The new automatic traverse survey robot can improve the survey quality and guarantee the survey precision.
