铁路客运专线衬砌台车门架结构优化

摘    要:为进一步增强隧道衬砌台车相关方经济用材意识,节约钢材用量,间接减少炼钢污染排放,为控制雾霾改善环境做出间接贡献,针对银西铁路贾塬隧道客运专线台车的门架结构所用2种型材组合方式,采用ANSYS有限元计算方法,把门架的立柱、横梁和立柱大斜撑拟合为梁单元Beam4,其余杆件拟合为杆单元Link8,仿真门架工况施以相同边界条件分别予以检算并做出比较分析,结果表明:仅单榀门架优化后省材2 t多,经工程应用验证均能满足质量要求,证实台车节材降耗挖潜增效仍有空间。

Abstract:It is very important to reduce the cost of tunnel lining trolley and steel consumption and indirect pollution emissions and control fog and haze. The two material combination modes for door frame structure of lining trolley used in Jiayuan Passenger dedicated Railway Tunnel on Yinchuan Xi′an Railway are analyzed by finite element method ANSYS. The column, beam and column bracing are fit to Beam4 and the other components are fit to Link8. Same boundary conditions are laid for simulation working conditions of the door frame; and then checking calculation and comparative analysis are carried out. The results show that the more than 2 t of material has been reduced for a single door frame after optimization; and good application effect has been achieved.
