双模式TBM刀具破岩试验台设计

摘    要:盾构施工受岩层条件和刀盘设计的影响很大,可利用试验装置对刀具与岩石的相互作用关系进行研究。结合现有的单一回转或直线切割破岩试验装置,提出了双模式TBM刀具试验台设计方案,可在同一台装置上实现2种模式,具有成本低、功能多的优势。根据已有的单一模式试验台的研究成果及设计经验,设定双模式试验台的工作参数。通过设计试验台的机械结构及液压系统,实现了刀具下压、直线切割和回转切割破岩等试验动作,以及刀具贯入度、破岩力、破岩速度等参数变化;并利用ANSYS软件对机架结构进行静力学分析,验证方案设计的强度和刚度的可靠性;同时设计控制系统对试验数据进行采集,满足研究刀具破岩试验的要求。

Abstract:Shield tunneling is highly affected by the strata conditions and cutterhead design. As a result, the test platform can be used to study the rock cutter interaction. The dual mode TBM cutter experimental platform with low cost and multiple functions is developed on the basis of the existing single mode experimental platform. The working parameters of the dual mode experimental platform are decided on the basis of the existing research results and the design experience of single mode experimental platform. The functions, such as cutter pressing, linear cutting and rotary cutting, as well as the parameters variation, are achieved by designing the mechanical structure and hydraulic system. The static analysis of the frame structure is studied by means of ANSYS software; the strength and the stiffness of the designed platform are verified. In addition, the control system is designed.
