沉管隧道短管节拉合试验

摘    要:广州生物岛-大学城沉管隧道拉合试验包含短管节拉移、GINA止水带压缩及短管节顶推3个阶段,通过拉合试验测试出短管节底部摩擦力的大小及GINA止水带实际压缩情况,为拉合施工提供详实的参考数据。试验结果表明:短管节移动过程中的实际摩擦力远大于按常规摩擦系数计算出的摩擦力,短管节底部摩擦力的存在会造成GINA止水带实际压缩量不均匀。

Abstract:The experiment on the pulling-connecting of short elements of immersed tunnels consists of 3 stages,i.e.,short element pulling stage,GINA compression stage and short element pushing stage.The magnitude of the friction forces at the bottom of the short elements and the actual compression of GINA are measured in the pulling-connecting experiment.The experiment results indicate that the actual friction forces during the moving of the short elements are much larger than the values calculated on basis of the conventional friction coefficients and that the friction forces at the bottom of the short elements may result in uneven compression of GINA.
