单斜井双正洞施工通风技术研究

摘    要:为解决斜井进入正洞以后通风难度大,通风效果较差的难题,引入了单斜井双正洞射流通风技术。重点介绍此新型技术的原理,斜井压入式通风模式和斜井抽出式通风模式,并对2种模式进行了对比。通过对风机选型及风机和风管的配套选型进行理论计算,说明了这种新型通风模式的科学性,通过在包家山隧道3#斜井的应用,进一步验证了这种单斜井双正洞射流通风技术的可行性,爆破15 min后CO和NO2的浓度都在国家标准控制之内。单斜井双正洞射流通风这项新型射流通风技术,摒弃了过去一直将射流通风技术仅仅应用于平行双洞的惯例,成功解决了由斜井进入正洞多工作面同时施工的通风难题。

Abstract:The principle of jet ventilation for twin-tube tunnel accessed from one single inclined shaft is presented and comparison and contrast is made between forced ventilation mode and exhaust ventilation made. Theoretical calculation is made for the fan type selection and ventilation fan and ventilation duct matching, which indicates that the presented ven- tilation technology is rational and feasible. The presented ventilation technology has been applied in No. 3 inclined shaft lot of Baojiashan tunnel, which further verifies that the ventilation technology is feasible.
