连续出碴皮带收放装置的设计与实用效果

摘    要:针对TBM施工连续皮带出碴在收放皮带时存在工作难度大、投入人力物力多、安全系数不高及皮带损伤严重等问题,引入自动皮带收放装置。介绍该装置的结构组成、工作原理及其在兰渝铁路西秦岭隧道中途转场过程中的实际应用及效果,不仅确保了连续皮带铺设、回收的质量和安全,而且大大提高了工作效率,减轻了作业人员的劳动强度。

Abstract:When continuous muck belt conveyor is adopted for the mucking in TBM tunneling,the releasing and withdrawing of the belt has many issues to be solved,including great difficulty,high cost,high labor forces,low safety coefficient and serious belt damage.Automatic belt releasing and withdrawing device are introduced to TBM tunneling.The structure,working principle and application of the automatic belt releasing and withdrawing device used in West Qinling tunnel on Lanzhou-Chongqing railway are presented.The practice demonstrates that the safety and quality of the releasing and withdrawing of the belt have been ensured,the efficiency has been improved and the working intensity of the labors has been reduced.
