摘    要:利用S7-400H PLC冗余系统平台开发、设计土压平衡(EPB)盾构控制系统软件,能够进一步提高系统的容错能力;对盾尾密封系统的控制及使能条件的关联进行分析、总结,给施工过程中盾构操作及维修人员以指导;对盾尾密封系统的控制流程进行分析,给盾构控制系统软件设计人员以帮助。

Abstract:The software for the control system of EPB shield is developed and designed by means of S7-400H PLC redundancy system platform so as to improve the fault tolerance capability. The control of the tail sealing system and the relationship among enabled conditions are analyzed and summarized. The control procedure of the tail sealing system is analyzed. The paper can provide reference for the operation and maintaining of shield machines, as well as for the design of the control system of shield machines.
