摘    要:沈阳市地铁二号线北起北陵北部,终点在浑南新区的21世纪大厦前的世纪广场,线路正线全长19.245km。五里河—奥体中心站区间下穿500m宽的浑河河道,根据隧道穿越地层的地质条件和水文条件,介绍了过河区间隧道盾构的选型、刀盘型式、刀具布置、刀盘开口形式、岩石破碎机、盾构的工作模式等主要设计特点与性能,同时论述了在施工过程中拟采取的开挖面稳定措施、泥水处理系统布置思路、换刀措施、联络通道施工思路、盾构施工接口、端头地层加固设计等。

Abstract:The second line of Shenyang Metro starts from the North of Beiling and ends at the Century Square Station, which is located in front of the 21 Century Mansion in the new Hunnan district. The total length of the second line of Shenyang Metro is 19. 245 km. The running tunnel between Wulihe Station and Olympic Sports Center Station crosses the 500 m-wide Hunhe River. In the paper, the author, based on the geological and hydrological conditions of the tunnel, presents the major design characteristics and performance of the shield machine adopted for the tunnel, including the type selection of the shield machine, the style of the cutter head, the arrangement of the cutting tools, the opening style of the cutter head, the stone crusher and the working modes of the shield machine. Furthermore, the author also presents the stabilization measures for the cutting face, the arrangement concept of the slurry treatment system, the measures for the cutting tool replacement, the construction plan of the cross tunnels, the interface of shield boring and the design of the end ground consolidation.
