摘    要:结合目前正在施工的一条大直径泥水盾构隧道,针对施工中出现的管片上浮和管片环与环之间规律性的错台问题,深入研究和分析其根源,并通过采取多种措施和设计优化,及时找到解决问题的关键技术,消除了因管片上浮造成较大错台的技术难题;并对盾构隧道的管片环间抗剪方式、传力衬垫设计意义及止水条硬度等方面提出相关的意见和建议,对今后盾构隧道的施工和管片设计等方面都能提供积极的借鉴。

Abstract:The causes for the uplift and regular dislocation of segments are analyzed,countermeasures are taken and design optimizations are made.In the end,the segment dislocation caused by segment uplift has been brought under effective control.Advises are made on the modes of shearing between segment rings,on the importance of the force-transferring cushion and on the rigidity of the water stopping ties.The paper can provide references for the construction of shield bored tunnels and the design of segments in the future.
