摘    要:沉管分次预制施工周期较长、纵向施工缝渗水风险较大, 而常规钢木混合体系模板难以满足全断面预制一次浇筑成型的质量与进度要求。为解决上述问题,研制出一款可自行走的全断面液压模板台车,其内模台车采用三角形桁架结构及液压步履式自行走系统,可实现内模台车的快速移位;外模台车采用无拉杆斜支撑桁架结构,可降低结构的渗水风险;端模采用梳齿型组合钢模,可提高周转利用率;同时,外模台车可为体系转换提供条件,节约施工周期。通过ANSYS软件对混凝土浇筑过程中的模板变形和位移数值进行模拟,实践证明,该模板台车可保证沉管全断面顺序预制工艺的实施和浇筑安全。

Abstract:The prefabrication of immersed tube in stages always has long construction term and greater risk of water seepage at longitudinal construction joints, while for integral full section prefabrication, it is difficult to meet the requirements of full face prefabrication quality and schedule with conventional steel wood mixed formwork system. To solve these problems, a full section hydraulic formwork trolley with self walking function is developed. The inner formwork trolley adopts triangular truss structure and hydraulic crawler type self propelled system to realize rapid shift. The outer formwork trolley adopts inclined support truss without tie rod to reduce the risk of water seepage. The end formwork adopts comb tooth type composite steel to increase turnover utilization rate. Meanwhile, the outer formwork trolley is helpful for system conversion and saving construction period. Finally, the finite element ANSYS is used to simulate and calculate the deformation and displacement of formwork in the process of concrete pouring. The practice results show that the formwork trolley used can guarantee successful prefabrication in full section of immersed tunnel segment and concrete pouring safety.
