摘    要:袖阀管注浆工法由于具有更好地控制注浆范围与注浆压力、可进行重复注浆,且发生冒浆与串浆的可能性很小等特点,被公认为最可靠的注浆工法之一。以深圳地铁4号线二期工程上民区间富水流砂段桩体注浆加固设计和施工为工程依托,运用有限差分法原理及相应程序FLAC3D,对袖阀管注浆加固技术的作用机理进行模拟分析,通过模拟分析得出,袖阀管设计以设计2排、袖阀管伸入隧道底部以下6m最好,为加固方案的优化提供了指导。

Abstract:Abstract:  Soletanche Grouting Technology (SGT) is widely used and is recognized as one of the most reliable grouting methods, because it can better control the grouting scale and grouting pressure, can carry out iterative grouting and have less possibility of grout oozing out and grout leaking. In this paper, the authors, using numerical modeling and FLAC3D, simulate and analyze the mechanism of SGT, based on the design and construction of bridge pile consolidation in the  water rich and quicksand strata of Shang Ming section on No.4 Line of Shenzhen Metro. The study shows that the optimal reinforcement scheme should be two rows of soletannche grouting stretching 6 meters below the tunnel bottom.
