盾构推进系统设计

摘    要:分析了盾构推进系统的设计需要满足的功能要求,对盾构设计推力进行了详细的计算,结合盾构的结构及尺寸,确定了推进油缸的规格参数、外形尺寸和数量,分析了推进油缸的布置方式以及与管片间的匹配适应关系,阐述了盾构推进系统的控制。通过研究,掌握了盾构推进系统的设计方法,为盾构的施工提供参考。

Abstract:The article analyses the function requirement for the thrust system of the shield machine that should be satisfied in the design and makes a detailed calculation of the designed thrust force of the shield machine. On basis of the structures and dimensions of the shield machine, the article determines the specifications, parameters, dimensions and number of the thrust cylinders. The article also analyses the layout of the thrust cylinders and the compatibility between the thrust cylinders and the segments. After the study, the design method for the thrust system of the shield machine is mastered, which can provide reference for the development and type selection of shield machines in the future.
