地铁隧道与邻近高层构筑物建设时序优化研究

摘    要:以位于武汉地铁3号线范湖站—菱角湖路站区间影响线范围内的某高层构筑物为例,利用FLAC3D有限元软件对地铁区间隧道与邻近高层构筑物的不同建设时序下相互影响建立三维模型进行模拟分析,并将不同建设时序下的模拟结果进行对比,得出以下结论:1)管片正常配筋不能满足同时施工时序方案与先施工隧道时序方案的要求,需要进行技术处理;2)地表沉降主要由高层建筑物基坑开挖产生,盾构施工对地表的影响比例非常小,隧道施工对高层构筑物的各种参数影响较小,均在可控范围内;3)先施工高层构筑物后施工地铁隧道的建设时序方案,可有效避开施工风险,降低工程造价。

Abstract:The influences of different construction orders of Metro tunnel and adjacent high building on each other are simulated and analyzed by means of FLAC3D finite element software, with the construction of Metro tunnel of Fanhu sta- tion-Lingjiaohu Road station section on No. 3 Line of Wuhan Metro and adjacent buildings as an example. The simula- tion results of different construction orders are analyzed. Conclusions drawn are as follows : 1 ) The normal reinforcement of tunnel segments can neither meet the requirements of simultaneous construction of Metro tunnel and high building, nor meet the requirements of "constructing the tunnel before the high building is constructed". 2) The ground surface settle- ment is mostly induced by the construction of the foundation pit of the high building. The construction of the tunnel has little influence on the construction parameters of the high building. 3 ) The construction risks and costs can be reduced by "constructing the high building before the tunnel is constructed".
