摘    要:为解决综合管廊预制模板存在的混凝土胀模、支撑体系失稳、合模脱模效率低等问题,依托雄安新区长节段大吨位装配式综合管廊示范项目,研制出一套综合管廊整体预制液压模板。在综合管廊整体预制特点及施工流程分析的基础上,对液压模板的侧模、端模、内模结构及其驱动机构进行详细设计。侧模采用液压驱动机构,可避免拆模过程的廊体划伤;端模采用直线驱动机构,可使模板本体受力均衡;内模采用自行走装置和导向机构,可提高模板拆装效率;防鼓胀装置和姿态保持装置,可保障预制管廊的成型质量。开展预制液压模板的现场试验和工效分析可知,该液压模板可有效提高长节段大吨位综合管廊整体预制的质量和效率。

Abstract:The traditional formwork of the prefabricated utility tunnel has sever issues, including expansion of concrete, instability of the support system, and low efficiency of formwork clamping and removal. In this paper, an integrated hydraulic formwork is designed and developed for a long section and large tonnage prefabricated utility tunnel demonstration project in the Xiong′an New Area. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and construction process of an integrated prefabricated utility tunnel, a detailed design of the hydraulic formwork is conducted from the aspects of the side formwork, end formwork, inner formwork, and drive mechanisms. To avoid scratches on the tunnel during formwork removal, the side formwork uses hydraulic drive mechanisms. To balance the force on the formwork body, the end formwork uses linear drive mechanisms. To improve the efficiency of formwork assembly and disassembly, the internal formwork uses a self propelled device and a guiding mechanism. Further, the antibulging and posture maintaining devices can ensure the forming quality of the prefabricated utility tunnel. Finally, the prefabricated hydraulic formwork is subjected to a field test and an efficiency analysis. The practical results show that hydraulic formwork can significantly improve the quality and efficiency of prefabrication of long section and large tonnage prefabricated utility tunnels.
