摘    要:为解决矩形盾构隧道管片排版拟合任意空间设计曲线这一问题,提出了一种矩形盾构隧道准通用环管片排版技术,采用2种管片形成4种不同姿态拟合平竖设计曲线。利用Visual Lisp语言编制矩形盾构隧道准通用环管片排版程序,在一个500 m小转弯半径工程案例中进行管片预排版并验证其可行性。结果表明: 1)2种管片类型的数量大致相等; 2)拟合后的隧道平曲线与理论平曲线最大偏差为16.6 mm,竖曲线最大偏差为13.2 mm,满足相关规范要求。

Abstract:In order to fit any spatial design curve in the layout of segments for rectangular shield tunnel, a layout technology of semi universal ring segments for rectangular shield tunnel is proposed. This technology needs only four positions based on two types of segments to complete the fitting of plan and vertical curves simultaneously. Using Visual Lisp, the composition program of semi universal ring segments for rectangular shield tunnel is developed. The technology is applied to the segment pre layout of project with a 500 m radius curve to verify its feasibility. The results show that: (1) The quantity of the two types of segments is almost the same. (2) The maximum deviation between fitted and theoretical horizontal curves is 16.6 mm, and the maximum deviation of the vertical curve is 13.2 mm, which is within the allowace range of standard.
