摘    要:为有效降低隧道煤层的瓦斯含量,消除隧道揭煤施工的突出危险,以兰海国家高速公路重庆至遵义段某公路隧道为工程依托,采用超前钻探的方法准确探测煤层的赋存情况与隧道揭煤掌子面前方的局部地质构造特征; 在此基础上确定钻孔的有效抽放半径与瓦斯抽放控制范围,并对局部构造煤层抽放钻孔进行加密布置; 最后采用顶板穿层钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯技术进行瓦斯抽放,并对抽放效果和区域防突措施进行检验。结果表明: 该隧道瓦斯抽放效果良好,区域防突措施效果显著。

Abstract:To effectively reduce the gas concentration of the tunnel coal seam and eliminate the gas outburst risk, a case study is conducted on a highway tunnel in the Chongqing Zunyi section of the Lanhai National Expressway. The advance drilling and detection method is employed to accurately detect the coal seam′s storage condition and the local geological structure characteristics in front of the tunnel coal uncovering face. On this basis, the effective drilling radius and gas drainage control range are determined, and the gas drainage boreholes of the local tectonic coal seam are increased. Finally, the gas drainage is carried out using pre drilling in the roof, and the drainage effect and regional anti outburst measures are tested. The results show that the method adopted reaches a good gas drainage effect and the regional gas outburst risk is effectively reduced.
