摘    要:为解决竖井掘进机施工过程中面临的各类风险点和复杂的人员管理现状,提升竖井掘进机现代化作业水平,设计一种基于超宽带UWB(Ultra wideband)技术的分层平面定位系统。针对竖井掘进机结构特征和施工环境,采用层加法构建定位空间,首先,根据层判断基站确定定位目标所在层级;然后,结合层定位基站利用迭代法计算目标准确位置,并对定位误差进行分析。该分层平面定位系统应用于宁海排风竖井项目,研究表明层级判断准确率达100%,定位精度误差小于0.2 m,满足竖井掘进机施工作业的定位精度要求,有利于促进施工安全的进步。

Abstract:A layered plane positioning system based on Ultra wideband technology is intended to solve all types of risks and complicated personnel management during the shaft boring machine(SBM) construction process and to improve its modern operation level. The layer addition method is used to construct the location space based on the structural characteristics and construction environment of SBM. First, the location level of the location target is determined by the layer judgment base station. The iterative method combined with the layer location base station is then used to calculate the accurate location of the target, and the positioning error is analyzed. The application of the system in the Ninghai pumped storage power station SBM project demonstrates that the layer judgment accuracy is 100% and the positioning accuracy error is less than 0.2 m, which meets the positioning accuracy requirements of SBM construction and is beneficial to the promotion of construction inherent safety.
