| 摘 要： | 为科学筹划石家庄地铁1号线一期工程地铁建设工期计划管理，从优化设计方案、施工组织设计、前期工程实施方案和关键线路4个方面介绍了工期策划的技术管理，工期总策划分前期调查准备阶段、工期总策划编制阶段、工期总策划分析和论证阶段、工期总策划完善实施阶段4个阶段组织编制完成，对总工期及里程碑节点、土建工程施工工期、施工图供图计划、材料设备采购计划等9个方面提出了具体的要求。通过地铁项目总工期策划，实现工期计划目标。

| Abstract: | For the purpose of preparing a scientific construction schedule management for Phase I Project of Line 1 of Shijiazhuang Metro, it is hereby to conclude the experience regarding the general planning, measures and method for schedule control & technology management, to make sure that all works incorporated in the Metro construction could be advanced collaboratively, efficiently and timely in accordance with the targeted milestone as stipulated in the contract. |
