| 摘 要： | 为处理盾构机在使用过程中出现的老化磨损等问题，以盾构机的核心部件系统--主驱动密封系统为例，阐述密封系统的密封滑道在长期使用后出现的磨损情况，总结出处理滑道磨损的方法有: 1）拆卸密封垫圈调整处理； 2）加工密封滑道并贴钢带处理； 3）激光堆焊修复处理。同时介绍罗威特土压平衡盾构机主驱动密封滑道的磨损情况及其相关处理措施，进一步论证了密封位置调整处理措施及主驱动密封润滑油脂注入量的重要性。

| Abstract: | Aging and wearing may occur to components of shield machines.In the paper,the wearing of the sealing slide of the main drive system of shield machines is presented.The following countermeasures are proposed to deal with the wearing of the sealing slide：1） Removing the sealing washer and making adjustment ; 2） Processing the sealing slide and pasting steel belt; 3） Laser welding repair.Furthermore,the wearing conditions of and countermeasures for the wearing of the sealing slide of the main drive system of a Lovat EPB shield are presented,which verifies the importance of the sealing position adjustment and the main drive sealing grease injection quantity. |
