摘    要:针对目前全断面硬岩掘进机(TBM)转弯半径受限的问题,设计一种可实现TBM超小半径转弯的新型推进系统。首先,对该推进系统的结构组成与工作原理进行阐述,建立推进系统的数学模型,并利用解析法对系统的运动学性能进行分析; 然后,根据实际设计负载,利用Adams计算工具对TBM刀盘系统破岩时推进系统油缸的运行工况进行仿真分析,验证该方案设计的理论可行性; 最后,将其应用于山东文登抽水蓄能电站工程项目,进行搭载验证。研究结果表明: 搭载新型推进系统的TBM能够实现30 m小半径转弯的项目施工要求,满足实际工程应用性能指标。

Abstract:At present, the turning radius of tunnel boring machine(TBM) is restricted. Hence, a new type of propulsion system which can realize ultra small radius turning of TBM is designed. Firstly, the structure composition and working principle of the propulsion system are described, the mathematical model of propulsion system is established, and the kinematic performance of the system is analyzed by means of analytical method. And then, according to the actual design load, the operation condition of the oil cylinder of the propulsion system when the TBM cutterhead breaks rock is simulated and analyzed by Adams so as to verify the theoretical feasibility of the scheme design. Finally, the propulsion system is applied to Wendeng pumped storage power station project in Shandong. The applicable results show that the small turning radius (30 m) of TBM equipped with the new propulsion system can be achieved, and the performance indices of practical engineering application can be met.
