摘    要:为研究管片拼装机提升系统2个液压缸的同步性能,建立900 mm管片拼装试验台三维模型,设计管片拼装试验台提升液压系统并建立该系统的数学模型,利用AMESim和Adams软件搭建了管片拼装试验台提升系统机液联合仿真模型,并对双缸的同步性能进行仿真分析和试验。结果表明: 双缸的位移差在0.017~5.300 mm,双缸负载是影响双缸同步性能的主要因素,提升系统双缸同步性能满足管片拼装要求,试验结果与联合仿真结果一致,验证了仿真模型的正确性。

Abstract:In order to study the synchronous performance of dual cylinder in the lifting system of segment erector, a 3D model of 900 mm segment assembly test platform is established. The hydraulic lifting system is designed, and the mathematical model of the system is established. The mechanical hydraulic co simulation model of the lifting system is established by means of AMESim and Adams software, and simulation analysis and test are carried out on the synchronous performance of dual cylinder. The results show that: (1) The displacement difference of dual cylinder ranges from 0.017 mm to 5.300 mm; (2) The load on the dual cylinder is the main factor affecting the synchronous performance of the dual cylinder; (3) The dual cylinder synchronous performance in the lifting system meets the assembly requirements of the segment. The experimental results are consistent with those of the co simulation, which verifies the correctness of the simulation model.
