摘    要:为掌握旅游景区隧道施工对周围环境的扰动程度,确定隧道工程的环境可行性,选取噪声污染、粉尘污染、固体废物污染、废 水污染和人文景观建筑变形5 项指标,建立旅游景区环境评价指标体系。运用博弈论组合赋权法将指标的主客观权重相融合,并 对传统内梅罗指数法在景区环境评价中存在的不足加以修正,构建旅游景区隧道施工对周围环境影响评价模型。基于河北省秦皇 岛市老龙头景区隧道K1+500~+930 区间实测数据,应用该模型评价隧道施工对老龙头景区环境影响程度。结果表明,评价等级为 Ⅱ级,即老龙头隧道施工对景区环境影响程度有限,该工程的环境可行性良好。

Abstract:The study on the disturbance degree of tunnel construction to scenic spots′ environment and the environmental feasibility of tunnel engineering are of great significance. As a result, five indices, i. e. noise pollution, dust pollution, solid waste pollution, wastewater pollution and human landscape architecture deformation, are selected to establish an environmental assessment index system for scenic spots. The subjective and objective weights of the index are integrated by combination weighting method of game theory. And then the shortcomings of the traditional Nemerow index method in the environmental assessment of scenic spots are modified, and the impact assessment model of tunnel construction on scenic spots environment is constructed. The model is applied to evaluate the impact of tunnel construction on Laolongtou scenic area based on the measured data of the tunnel section K1+500~+930. The results show that the influencing grade of tunnel construction on scenic spots environment is grade Ⅱ, which indicates that the construction of Laolongtou Tunnel has little influence on the scenic spot environment and the environmental feasibility of the project is good.
