盾构法越江道路隧道建设关键技术

摘    要:通过对上海建设的多条大直径盾构越江隧道进行总结分析,确定盾构法越江道路隧道建设管理需遵循功能性、安全性等总体原则,提出盾构法越江道路隧道的盾构工作井、圆隧道横断面选型与设计参数、盾构隧道防水等设计关键技术,介绍盾构选型及开挖面平衡技术、壁后注浆技术、盾构进出洞施工、监控量测等施工技术,分析盾构隧道防水技术、防火内衬及风塔合建等防火与通风存在问题与改进措施,以期为今后同类工程建设提供借鉴。

Abstract:In the paper, the river crossing shield bored large diameter road tunnels built in Shanghai are summarized and analyzed. It is proposed that the function and safety of the river crossing shield bored road tunnels must be ensured in the construction of these tunnels. Furthermore, the type selection and design parameters of the working shafts and the circular tunnels and the waterproofing technology for the shield bored tunnels are proposed. The shield type selection technology, excavation face balance technology, backfilling grouting technology, shield launching/arriving technology and monitoring technology are presented. The waterproofing technology, fire resistant lining technology and the technology of integrating the ventilation towers into other buildings are analyzed.
