碳纤维索股粘结型锚具疲劳试验研究

摘    要:为研究新研发的碳纤维索股内套管锥形粘结型锚具的抗疲劳性能,进行了应力水平为629~704.48MPa的200万次疲劳加载试验,测试了体现锚固性能的各项指标,分析了锚具各组件之间的相对位移量、锚固区碳纤维丝表面粘结力及疲劳后的残余极限承载力的变化情况。试验结果表明:各组件之间的相对位移量很小,且主要发生在前50万次循环加载过程中,之后趋于稳定,各组件之间相互协调性非常稳定;锚固区碳纤维丝表面粘结力失效程度小;锚环外表面环向应变几乎无变化,锚环工作状态良好;相比静力极限承载力,锚固系统疲劳后的残余极限承载力不会降低;该新型锚具抗疲劳性能优秀,在长期使用过程中具有很高的安全储备。

Abstract:In order to investigate the fatigue properties of a newly developed in-sleeve-cone bond-type anchor for CFRP cables,a fatigue test of 2×106 cycles was conducted at a stress level of 629-704.48 MPa.Various parameters,which reflect the fatigue properties,such as the displacement between every two components,the adhesion stress on the surface of CFRP wires in anchorage zone and the residual tensile strength,were tested respectively.The results show that the small displacements between every two components mainly occur in the previous 5×105 cycles and then tend to be stable.The components can work cooperatively and stably.The adhesion stress on the surface of CFRP wires in the anchorage zone changes slightly.The hoop stress on outer surface of anchor barrel changes slightly too.The anchor barrels are in good working condition.The residual tensile strength hardly decreases after 2 million load cycles,compared with the static tensile strength.The fatigue properties of the newly developed anchor are excellent.The anchor will be of high safety in long-term usage.
