缆索承重桥梁的颤振可靠性

摘    要:基于公路桥梁抗风设计规范校准得到极值风速变异系数约为0.13;由苏通大桥桥址风速统计资料计算得到极值风速变异系数在0.13~0.14之间。提出了计算结构可靠指标的随机梯度算法,采用该算法从多种角度分析了变量分布类型及统计特征对苏通大桥颤振可靠指标计算结果的影响。计算结果表明:极值风速变异系数宜取为0.15;随机梯度算法思路简单,具有很好的稳定性,计算效率高。

Abstract:The deviation coefficient of extreme wind speed was calibrated to be about 0.13 on the basis of wind-resistant design code for highway bridges.The values between 0.13 and(0.14) were also obtained according to the wind speed statistical data of Sutong Bridge site.A stochastic gradient algorithm which could be used for calculating structural reliability index was presented.The influences of variables distribution type and statistical characteristics on Sutong Bridge flutter reliability index were investigated considering multifold points of view using this algorithm.The result shows that 0.15 can be recommended as the deviation coefficient of extreme wind speed;the stochastic gradient algorithm is simple,steady and efficient.
