保水降温半柔性路面材料性能研究

摘    要:对保水降温半柔性路面混合料SFAC-13的高温稳定性、水稳定性、低温抗裂性和抗疲劳性能等路用性能进行了室内试验研究,并与普通沥青混凝土AC-16进行了对比分析;同时对保水降温半柔性混合料SFAC-13路面的保水性能及降温性能进行了测试研究。结果表明:保水降温半柔性路面混合料SFAC-13的动稳定度比AC-16高很多,其残留稳定度和冻融劈裂强度比均比AC-16大,且其在-10℃时的低温破坏拉伸应变较大、劲度模量较小;SFAC-13的抗疲劳性能也优于普通沥青混合料AC-13;保水降温半柔性路面比普通沥青混合料AC-16路面降温8℃~10℃;推荐采用路面浸水24 h的保水量和洒水8 h后的路面降温参数作为保水降温半柔性路面的评价指标。
