汽车磁流变液减振器阻尼力计算方法

摘    要:针对磁流变液在剪切流动中存在剪切稀化特性,根据流体力学N-S方程,建立了基于Her-schel-Bulkley模型的准稳态平板Poiseuille流动方程,得出了磁流变液在阻尼通道中流动的速度分布函数,分析了磁流变液的剪切稀化效应对阻尼通道磁流变液流动的影响,推导了汽车磁流变液减振器阻尼力计算表达式,对汽车磁流变液减振器产生的阻尼力进行理论预测研究。按照长安之星微型汽车技术要求,设计和制作了微型汽车磁流变液减振器,并对其进行了试验测试,测试结果表明:所提出的分析方法是可行的。

Abstract:Magnetorheological(MR) fluids are highly concentrated suspension of magnetization particle in inorganic oil,which exist shearing-thinning behaviors due to shearing effect.Based on the Navier-Stokes equations,quasi-static flow equations for MR fluids in plate channel was theoretically set up using the Herschel-Bulkley constitutive model.Velocity profile of MR fluids through channels was obtained via quasi-static flow equations mentioned above and the influences of shearing-thinning behaviors on velocity profile were analyzed numerically.The formula used to calculate damping force offered by MR fluid shock absorber was formulated and damping performances were predicated in order to determine design parameters.In the light of MR fluid shock absorber design methodology,MR fluid shock absorbers for Chang'an mini-automobile were designed and fabricated using commercial MR fluids.The results show that the analysis methodology and design theory are reasonable.
