传力杆与混凝土界面的接触应力

摘    要:为了分析水泥混凝土路面传力杆失效机理,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立了接缝处设传力杆的水泥混凝土路面三维有限元模型,并对交通荷载和温度变化引起的传力杆与混凝土界面的接触应力进行了分析。结果表明:轮载或者温度变化作用下传力杆与混凝土界面存在明显应力集中现象,在传力杆顶部和底部存在压应力集中现象,在传力杆两端存在拉应力集中现象,致使界面处容易产生初始裂缝并被挤碎,传力杆松动量增大,传递荷载能力降低,甚至导致水泥混凝土路面接缝损坏。

Abstract:A detailed three-dimensional finite element model was used to investigate the state of contact stresses at interfaces between dowels and surrounding concrete that developed in dowel jointed concrete pavements under the influence of combination with traffic loads and thermal variation.The results indicate the existence of two types of stresses under the effects of wheel load or thermal variation at interfaces between dowels and surrounding concrete,ie compressive stresses at the top and bottom of the dowel and tensile stresses at both sides of the dowel so that primary cracks produce at interfaces which are crushed easily;releasing volume of dowels increases;load transfer ability decreases;and it even causes failure of concrete pavement joints.
