摘    要:以出行者出行行为选择为基础,以最大化网络容量为目标,建立了城市道路交通网络容量双层规划评估模型。其中下层引入停车路段(搜索停车设施所行驶的路段)和步行路段,把停车设施转化为道路路段,以出行分布、方式分担和均衡配流组合模型来反映出行者出行目的地、出行方式服从多项式Logit和出行路径服从用户均衡原则的出行选择行为;上层以网络储备容量最大化为目标,考虑网络的路段通行能力、外部环境以及服务水平要求等约束条件下的最大流量问题。最后给出了相应的启发式求解算法。研究结果表明:该模型和算法有效且易于操作。

Abstract:Based on travel choice and to maximize network capacity,the bi-level programming evaluation model of urban road network capacity was set up.With introducing the walking section and the parking section(section for searching parking facilities) and the parking facilities converted into road section,the model of lower floor was built as a combined model of trip distribution,mode split and equilibrium assignment.This model reflected that travelers’ destinations and travel modes followed logistic choice and travel path followed multiple user equilibrium principle.The model of upper floor was to maximize the network capacity with the consideration of the constraints of the road network capacity,the external environment and the service level request.At last the corresponding heuristic algorithm was given.The results show that the model and its algorithm are effective and operable.
