| Abstract: | The benefit of customers and logistics planning department and the location effect on the routing are both considered, and a bi level programming model is presented in order to seek the optimal location for logistics distribution centers.At the same time,a heuristic algorithm for the model is proposed. Finally,the application of the model and its algorithm are illustrated with a practical example. |
