| 摘 要： | 随着我国对农村公路建设投资力度的加大,农村公路的养护问题明显突出,由于农村公路养护资金的严重不足,致使大部分农村公路处于失养状态。文章通过对我国农村公路养护资金问题的研究,提出了农村公路养护在资金筹集、监管、使用方面的思路。

| Abstract: | The maintenance of a highway in rural area is becoming a prominent problem due to the serious shortage of maintenance fund, which failed to maintain most part of rural highways along with the increasing of investment to the construction of rural roads across our country.This article gives some measures for collecting,supervising and using of fund according to the study of funds for rural highway maintenance. |
