张家港市重大交通事故特征与对策研究

通过对近年来重大交通事故进行分析,从时间、道路、环境、人员、车辆和违法行为等方面总结了事故发生的特征和规律。分析知,此类事故具有夜间事故多发、高等级公路比例大、小型客车交通肇事突出、本地人口在事故中受伤害为主等特征。基于此,提出了对道路进行综合治理、加强驾驶人管理、深入宣传交通安全知识等措施和建议。
