摘    要:依托二广高速集阿联络线大板至查白塔他拉段改扩建项目,采用外业实地调查与多功能道路综合检测车相结合的方法,对旧路面进行了全面的使用性能评价。调查与检测结果表明,全线右幅路面以及行车道病害严重,且龟裂、横缝、纵缝病害占主体,阿鲁科尔沁旗路面服务能力较低。针对既有路面存在的病害,结合钻芯取样的方法提出了合理的处治方案:对基层较完好的路段,按点病害处治措施进行处治后,直接加铺6cmAC-20C+4cmAC-13C面层;对路面出现连续病害、基层破碎较严重路段,按照强度和路表破损状况,分别采用7cmAC-25C+10cm乳化沥青冷再生柔性基层和7cmAC-25C+20cm水泥稳定碎石基层重铺处治后,再进行加铺处理。本研究可为同类工程提供参考。

Abstract:This paper is based on the reconstruction and expansion project of Daban-Chabaintala section of to Ar Hongqi contact line of Erenhotto Guangzhou Expressway. In order to make full use of the old roads,a comprehensive evaluation of the performance of the old roads was carried out using a combination of field surveys and multi-purpose road comprehensive inspection vehicles. The investigation and test results show that the serious diseases appear on the right pavement and carriageway of the whole line,and cracks,transverse and longitudinal joints are the main diseases. Pavement service capability of ArHorqin Banner is low.In view of the existing road surface diseases,combined with the core sampling method,a reasonable treatment plan is proposed for different degrees and types of road surface diseases. For the road section with good base,after treatment according to the treatment measures of point diseases,the 6 cmAC-20 C+4 cmAC-13 C surface layer is directly added. For the road sections with continuous diseases and severe base crushing,7 cm AC-25 c + 10 cm emulsified asphalt cold recycling flexible base and 7 cm AC-25 c + 20 cm cement stabilized macadam base are respectively used for resurfacing and treatment,then the surface layer is paved.
