隧道二次衬砌混凝土质量控制

二次衬砌是隧道施工的关键,也是隧道结构施工的最后一道工序,二次衬砌应做到＂内实外美＂。＂内实＂是衬砌内在质量的体现,＂外美＂是外观质量的体现。针对隧道二次衬砌混凝土施工容易出现的质量缺陷,分析问题出现的原因,制定有针对性的措施加以控制,在施工中不断改进,提高了二次衬砌混凝土质量。

Quality control of tunnel secondary lining concrete

Secondary lining is the key of the tunnel construction and the last procedure of tunnel structure construction.The secondary lining should be "good outside with real inside".The "real inside" shows inner quality and the "good outside" shows appearance quality.Aiming at the quality defects easy to occur in tunnel secondary lining concrete construction,this paper analyzes the formation reason and makes the pertinence measure which is improved constantly in the construction process,then the quality of secondary lining concrete is improved.
