摘 要: | 以齿轮轮廓线渐开线方程式为基础,根据重型载货汽车轮边减速器的行星齿轮结构以及受载特点,通过Pro/E的参数化建模,建立了行星齿轮结构的三维模型,再导入ANSYS中进一步探讨了齿轮接触中的齿轮应力.为该类行星齿轮结构的设计和分析提供了理论依据.

Abstract: | Based on involute gear profile equations,according to the planetary gear's structure ot wneet reductor of heavy duty vehicle and loading characteristic,set up a three-dimensional model of planetary gear's sturcture by parametic modeling of Pro/E,and then guide into ANSYS to further discusss the gear stress of gear contact.Provide theoretical evidence for the design and analysis of this kind of the structure of planetary gears. |
