增压器压气机壳的铸造工艺与性能探讨

摘    要:通过改变增压器压气机壳体结构,实现压气机壳体的压力铸造,以达到降低机壳内表面粗糙度和实现流道的可加工性,同时讨论压气机壳空气流道内表面粗糙度对压气机工作性能影响。

Discussion of foundry technology and performance for supercharger housing
Abstract:By changing the structure of supercharger compressor housing to realize the pressure foundry of compressor housing,reach to reduce the roughness of interior surface and realize its flowing path machinability,meanwhile discuss about the roughness inside the surface of air flowing path housing which makes influence to the operating characteristic.
