摘    要:介绍了一种由单片机控制,步进电机驱动的电子调速器的工作原理,电路结构和编程方法。着重分析了调速过程中采用的PID自适应控制算法,采用此算法可以根据转速变化情况确定节气门开度的变化量,因而,优化了电路结构,提高了控制精度。

Abstract:Introduced an electronic speed regulator which controlled by microcontroller and drived by step motor.The principle of the controller is discussed.Design of the control circuit and its programming for each part concerned are dealt with.Emphatically analyse an advanced adaptive PID control algorithm used in the controller.The adjustment of throttle was governed by speed changes of the gasoline engine at different phases,so the design of the circuit is optimized,and the control accuracy is improved.
