| Abstract: | According to the characteristic and requirement of storge battery used for military movable power plant, a capacity-measure system of a storage battery for a new military movable electric power plant has been developed. The coulometry indexs can be measured more faster, exactly and reliably in different conditions. A technique problems of measuring capacity of storage battery has been resolved. |
