基于LabVIEW的军械装备传输电缆故障检测系统设计与实现

摘    要:军械装备中的电缆连接大型复杂装备的各部分,相当于装备的神经网络,一旦出现故障,将大大削减装备的战斗力。电缆包含很多根芯线,要快速修复断开的电缆较为复杂,为了自动检测出断开电缆的芯线连接关系,利用LabVIEW的软件开发平台设计、研制电缆故障检测系统,该系统可完成数据库查询、数据分析、结果显示和存储。应用该系统进行检测,可快速地检测出损伤电缆的连接关系,故障定位精确。
