摘    要:目前重型货车在下长大坡路段持续制动极易引起行车安全问题。本文提出在长大下坡路段增设辅助减速车道,在一定程度上可缓解下坡压力。因此,引入温升模型,计算车辆下坡失速模型,确定下坡安全距离,以此为缓速车道设计提供依据。首先对发动机制动和电涡流缓速器联合作用下对重型汽车下坡进行研究。其次根据车辆系统动力学,进行汽车下坡能力分析。结合对汽车在制动鼓安全温度阈值内的汽车安全下坡距离的研究,得到下坡安全距离最长坡长为10km左右,行驶坡度平均范围为3%~7%。基于此确定辅助减速车道的设定位置。

Abstract:At present, heavy trucks are prone to cause driving safety problems due to continuous braking on the long and long slopes. This paper proposes to add auxiliary deceleration lanes in the long downhill section to relieve downhill pressure to a certain extent. Therefore, the temperature rise model is introduced to calculate the vehicle downhill stall model and determine the downhill safety distance, which provides a basis for the design of the slow lane. Firstly, the downhill of heavy-duty vehicles is studied under the combined action of engine brake and eddy current retarder. Secondly, according to the vehicle system dynamics, the vehicle downhill capacity analysis is carried out. Combined with the research on the safe downhill distance of the car within the safe temperature threshold of the brake drum, the longest slope of the downhill safety distance is about 10km, and the average range of the running slope is 3%~7%. Based on this, the set position of the auxiliary deceleration lane is determined.
