基于时刻表的公交配流系统开发

摘    要:提高公共交通规划管理及信息化水平,需要以科学的公交规划管理理论为基础和实用的公交网络配流系统为支撑平台。为促进公交配流理论及系统开发的研究,建立了容量限制下基于时刻表的公交网络随机用户均衡配流算法(VRT-SUE),以此为基础设计开发了基于时刻表的公交网络配流系统,从系统构架设计、系统功能及流程、数据库设计等方面对系统进行了阐述。结合所开发系统,采用实例公交网络进行分析测试,配流结果验证了VRT-SUE理论的科学性和开发的配流系统的可用性。

Abstract:Scientific public transport planning and management theories are essential to improving the information level and public transport planning management level,while useful transit network flow assignment systems are its support platform.To promote the research of transit flow assignment theories and system development,this paper proposes a volume-restrained schedule-based stochastic user equilibrium transit flow assignment model(VRT-SUE).Furthermore,a transit flow assignment system is designed based on it.The construction design,function and process,and database design of the system are also discussed.An example is given based on the developed system.The assignment results illustrate that the VRT-SUE is scientific and the designed system is practical.
