| 摘 要： | 学校周边交通拥挤、学生不安全的过街行为使校园周边的交通安全成为一个复杂的问题。调查和总结了我国中小学校周边交通安全影响因素分析及相应的交通管理措施。通过总结国内外中小学校周边的道路交通安全处理策略,得出了4类有效提高校园周边交通安全的管理措施：立法规范、安全计划、设施设计、安全教育,并分别对这4类管理措施进行了分析。 |

| Abstract: | The traffic congestion around schools and students＇ unsafe crossing-street behaviors make the traffic safety a complicated problem.This paper investigates and summarizes the factors affecting safety and their countermeasures.By summing up the national and foreign disposal strategies to deal with road traffic safety,four kinds of management countermeasures are obtained： legislative norms,security plans,facility design and safety education.Finally,the paper analyzes these four categories. |
