摘    要:分析了基于全球卫星定位系统(GPS)/通用无线分组业务(GPRS)传统车辆监控方式,在传统车辆监控模式的基础上,设计集成了北斗卫星链路和宽频全球区域网络系统(BGAN)卫星链路,解决了传统车辆监控中存在的问题,实现对车辆目标无盲区动态监控和视频采集,并成功应用于新疆公众卫星导航监控系统。

Abstract:The traditional vehicle monitoring mode based on Global Positioning System(GPS)/General Packet Radio Service(GPRS) was analyzed.Based on the traditional monitoring mode,the Beidou Satellite Link and the Broadband Global Area Network(BGAN) Satellite Link were designed,which can solve the current problem in the vehicles monitoring field.This design has realized the no blind area dynamic monitoring and video gathering and has been successfully used in the Xinjiang Public Satellite Navigation Supervisory System...
