绞吸式挖泥船加气输送试验系统设计与数据分析

摘    要:在湖泊清淤、取土固堤以及对航道进行疏浚治理中,疏浚土的输送方式多是通过水力运输的。为了认识加气输送所应用的泥质、浓度等参数的应用范围,设计了多相流试验装置。研究加气助送机理,确定加气压力、输送流量、射流水压力、泥浆浓度、管道压力、喷嘴结构形式等参数之间关系以及各参数对助送效果的影响,并比较加气和不加气的对减阻的影响。

Abstract:Pipeline transportation is an essential part in integrative transportation system. In the practical application, the way of dredged soil transportation is realized via waterpower transportation, namely, ferrying the mud by pipeline transportation. In this paper, the authors designed feasible muhiphase flow apparatus and experiments of slurry pipeline transportation to make sure the range of application of the parameters, such as the quality and concentration of the mud in the air ejection. The authors researched on the mechanism of the air ejection to help transport, ascertained the relationship of the parameters including the pressure of air ejection, flux of transportation, pressure of the ejecting water, concentration of the mud, pipeline pressure, configuration of injector and influence on help transportation effect, and compared the influence between the air ejection and the no-air ejection on the drag reduction.
