| 摘 要： | 城市轨道交通发展建设是建立在城市土地资源利用基础上的。通过城市轨道发展建设对城市空间布局、沿线土地开发影响的分析,提出了当前城市轨道交通建设当中土地利用方面存在的一系列问题,提出了必须促进城市轨道交通建设与城市土地利用的协调发展,以实现城市土地的集约化利用地对策。

| Abstract: | Urban rail transit（URT） is based on the use of urban land resources.In this paper,the impact of URT construction on urban spatial layout and land development was analyzed.A series of land-use problems in the current URT construction were presented.It is demonstrated that the URT construction must be coordinated with the use of urban land.In the way,the intensive use of urban land can be achieved. |
