| 摘 要： | 文章根据交通流的特点，充分利用VB开发具有环境简单、功能强大的优点，结合调Windows API函数，解决了VB难以开发涉及底层硬件、多线程软件的缺点。通过设计优化算法，解决采样率问题，开发了基于Windows平台的多通道交通流采集系统的软件。利用VB作为开发工具，结合调用API函数的办法大大缩短了软件开发周期。

| Abstract: | According to the characters of traffic flow, this paper takes full advantage of VB development, which demands simple environment and has strong functions. The Windows API functions are used to solve the problem that VB can not develop a software with substrate hardware and many threads. Sampling rate is solved through designing an optimized algorithm. A software of multi-channel traffic flow collection system is developed based on Windows platform. In this way, the development period of the software is greatly shortened. |
