桥梁遭受船舶撞击的有限元仿真分析

摘    要:桥梁在船舶碰撞时受到的动力荷载是复杂的动力非线性问题,近代非线性有限元技术为该问题提供了有效的工具。文中简述了该技术的基本原理,运用ANsYs/LS—DYNA对一艘10000t船和桥梁的碰撞进行了模拟,并建立了3个不同的桥墩有限元模型,从碰撞力、桥墩应力、变形等不同角度分析了不同的建模方式对碰撞结果的影响。结果表明,3种模型的计算结果具有较好的一致性,可以满足一般的工程精度要求。

Abstract:It is very difficult to accurately calculate the collision force and nonlinear responses of bridge during shipbridge collision course. The dynamic numerical simulation of ship-bridge collision can be effectively carried out by means of nonlinear finite element technique. This paper introduces the basic principles of the technology and simulates a ship of 10,000 tons and bridge collision by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA, and establishes three different finite element models of bridge piers to analyze the effect of different modeling methods on the results of the impact of the collision in the impact force, the internal stress distribution and changes among bridge pier. The results of the three different models have good consistency, and also meet the general engineering precision.
